Does taking accutane or other acne medications affect the spray tan?

It depends on each person’s individual skin type.  However, oral acne medications tend to dry out the skin in general.  Spray tan solutions are a little drying to the skin as well.  It is suggested to add on a Moisturizing Treatment or CBD to help the airbrush tan develop better and last longer.  Hydrated & balanced skin spray tans much better than dehydrated and/or dry skin.  Topical acne medications will strip the tan.  You will want to discontinue the use of topical acne medications during the duration of your tan.
