Appointment Request Form for Outside of Business Hours

That’s Gilbert, one out of four of Dee’s dogs that she really loves to spend time with. Family time is very important to her. That being said, this page was created because it was asked to be by clients who wanted an option outside of business hours or during scheduled PTO. And are willing to pay a Booking Fee for it.

Normal business hours are set and can be found here. All scheduled time-off is posted in advance and can be found on the FAQ.

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-NEGOTIABLE Booking Fee of $200.

The total for the appointment will be: Booking Fee + Service Fee (the tan chosen). The Booking Fee is for coming in before/after hours and making special accommodations to be available during off hours. The Service Fee is for providing the service (the tan).

To provide context for pricing: The minimum rate in the industry for a personal Spray Tan Artist who is available 24/7 is $350 per tan + an hourly rate for any & all communication and scheduling changes.
