I scheduled an appointment and I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam and junk folder(s) by searching “Dee’s Spray Tan”, it is probably there.  You can always log-in to your vagaro account and see the appointments that are successfully scheduled.  If the appointment you’re looking for is not listed, that means the booking process was not completed and you currently do not have an appointment.  If you can’t login to your account, that means the email address was entered incorrectly.  You can contact Vagaro to fix your email address.

IF YOU HAVE A VAGARO ACCOUNT, PLEASE USE THAT EMAIL AND PASSWORD.
IF YOU ONLY HAVE A SCHEDULICITY ACCOUNT, PLEASE USE THAT EMAIL AND PASSWORD.
All information has been transferred over.  All scheduling/canceling/rescheduling must be done through Vagaro.

Note: Confirmation and reminder emails are sent as a courtesy.  It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their upcoming appointments.   It is strongly suggested not to use a hotmail or aol email address as there are issues with their servers being older.
