Rude, inappropriate, threatening, or bullying behavior by anyone will not be tolerated or responded to. This will result in no response from Dee and being blocked from future scheduling. This is a zero tolerance policy. As the owner, she reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. This includes going against any policies, and demands to stay late or beyond business hours. Dee does not work outside of normal business hours. That takes time away from family, and her family is #1. Please respect these boundaries.
